Put contractor (heavy duty) garbage bags on the street

When the lagoons are lowered from Sep 25 to Oct 30, clean the areas in front of your properties and put them in contractor (heavy duty) garbage bags on the street. The City will make rounds to pick up the bags on Wed and Fri each week while the lagoons are lowered.
