ALAMEDA WEST LAGOON HOA ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING
The AWLHOA annual members’ meeting will be held at the location below (pending COVID restrictions):
Alameda City Hall West, 950 West Mall, Alameda (Old Navy Base) in Conference Room “201” on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
The meeting will convene at 6:30 PM. There will be a regular Board of Directors’ meeting starting at 4:30 PM.
The City has generously arranged for a conference room for this meeting. Directions will be posted on the first floor directing members to conference room “201” on the second floor. The location is accessible; and there is an elevator.
An election of board directors has been held. The Ballots will be counted at a special meeting preceding the Board Meeting starting at 4:00pm at the location described above. Members are encouraged to attend, and the Ballot Count will be supervised by the appointed Election Inspector..
The Election Results will be mailed to all members and will be reported at the Annual Member Meeting. Six new Directors will begin their terms in October.
During the meeting, topics to be discussed are the accomplishments of 2021 and the goals for 2022. Current issues will also be addressed, including lagoon health and water quality, a review of our reserve study, our financial position, and the assessment for 2022.
